Biofeedback Training

When you purchase your unit, it will come with a starter kit which includes a manual, electrodes, cables, electrode paste and software. However, you won't know what to do with it. You need training. That's why biofeedback equipment sales are restricted to medical personnel and we are the only people who are given permission to sell them to you. The type of training you need is as follows:

1) You need some training in basic anatomy--not all anatomy, just what you need to understand for biofeedback.

2) You need some training in learning and cognition; yes, even Pavlov's dogs, but Pavlov was right, as you will find out.

3) You need to know how the brain and central nervous system works. That is fascinating and ties in with #1 and 2 above.

4) You have to know a tiny bit about electricity, but I promise you will understand it, because I do.

5) Basic understanding about what a diathesis-stress model is.

6) And, of course, you WILL learn to use the equipment.

HERE'S WHAT WE DO

A) You receive a workbook, written by us, for all of the above

B) You receive a 2-day workshop, to go with the workbook, for all of the above

C) You receive a training DVD (or VHS if you don't want a DVD) to go with the above

If there are three or more people, or we sell 3 or more units in one area, we come to you. Otherwise, our workshops are conducted in the Chicago area, at our Batavia location, where we conduct training in our spacious location 35 minutes from Midway or O'Hare airport.

We then conduct follow-up workshops which are reasonably priced, and we do phone support (see our follow-up program) for all of our customers, plus after you are our customer, you will have access to free articles relating to all of these topics that the public will not have access to, and you will continue to learn and grow.

In the near future, we will provide certification for Biofeedback for musicians and make this official, so stay tuned!
